FAQ

When are new pieces released?
Beginning in 2026, I moved to a limited, drop based release system. Pieces are released in limited batch drops. Once they're gone, they're gone! This means that the art you get is one of a kind and collectible.
I recommend signing up for my email newsletter to be alerted first when a new drop is announced.

Do you accept commissions?
Commissions are accepted on a case by case basis. Generally, I try to stay within my style/genre but am happy to explore any ideas you may have! Please send me a message through my contact form or Instagram DM for inquiries.
-
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are included in the price of the piece. I currently only offer domestic shipping (including Hawai'i and Alaska). If you're outside of the US, please send me a message and I'll work with you on the shipping cost.
-
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders ship within (3) business days from the date of purchase. All orders are mailed with Priority shipping, reaching their destination in about 3-5 days.
-
What if my order is damaged in transit?
I take time and care to properly pack every order to reduce the risk of damage in transit. I've never had an order incur damage. If you have an order that was damaged in transit, please contact me within (3) days of receiving the order. I'm happy to fix any order damaged in transit free of charge (not to include shipping costs).

Do you accept returns?
Returns are not currently accepted.
-
Do you use lead?
Yes, lead solder/came is used in my art. Based on all available information today, lead is dangerous when ingested. Pieces like jewelry, jewelry boxes, or items that will be handled often are recommended to be made with non-lead alternatives, like tin/silver. Because I make art pieces that will be handled minimally, I continue to use lead products. It's recommended that you wash your hands after handling the piece.

How do I care for my piece long term?
I recommend dusting the piece with a soft microfiber towel as needed. Oxidation naturally occurs over time (especially in humid climates) and will appear as a white/hazy substance on the solder. This can be removed by also gently using a microfiber towel. If you have any questions about caring for your art, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
